Your trust in our work is very important to us. In this sense, we want to inform you about our policy for the use and protection of your personal data when using our platform, as well as your rights in relation to this data.

If you are under the age of 18, you must not use our website.
Personal data: It is all the information that allows us to know who you are, such as your name, geolocation, professional data and other data.

CPO: This is the person on our team who helps you better understand everything we do with your personal data at Seeker ATS, including your rights, and also responds to your requests regarding the LPDP.
Cookies: These are files that can be generated or read from your device, which can store your preferences and other information, in order to help the website improve your experience and personalize your browsing according to the user's profile. During navigation we use cookies to obtain data to improve the experience of our users. Whenever we use the terms "we" or "Seeker ATS" we refer to the company Human Solutions SAS, based in Montevideo, Uruguay.
What personal data do we use?
To create your Seeker ATS account, we will ask you for your email and full name. To make sure it's you, we'll send you an email to confirm your account has been created. You can also sign in with your Facebook or Google account, and we will collect the same data. We need this information to identify and authenticate you on our site, to send you communications, and to fulfill obligations arising from the use of our services.
To help you be more likely to find a job and get closer to companies looking for your profile, our platform suggests that you fill in more information about yourself, which is described below continuation. You can add and remove this information, or request removal of such data, at any time.
a. In relation to personal data, you can provide your date of birth, sex, marital status, physical address, telephone and cell phone.
b. As professional data, you can report aspects such as your work experience, academic background, job skills, work and personal references.
c. For PwD (Persons with Disabilities) data, you can inform if you have a disability and what is the type of need for this disability.
d. On social networks, you can inform the link to your LinkedIn profile.
and. You can upload your CV in PDF or Microsoft Word format.
In addition, we record the date and time of each action you perform. Our client companies may have access to your personal data, such as contact information, in order to make you a job offer or invite you to participate in a personnel selection process.
How is the data obtained from our users protected?
Our team has the security of your data as a priority. Therefore, we use various technical and administrative security systems. All data we receive is encrypted when it is received, stored, transmitted or shared. We also adopt good development practices and make our solutions available on secure servers following all best practices.
You should know that your password is personal and non-transferable. Therefore, do not reveal your password to anyone. Seeker ATS will never ask you for this information. Our entire team has taken courses on good practices to protect your data.
How do we use your personal data?
We use your personal data to help you find the opportunity you are looking for or to help companies find the collaborators they need. Therefore, we use your personal data when:
